Eric McGinnis

Eric McGinnis has been DexKo's Chief Executive Officer since July 6, 2026.

Eric brings extensive experience leading global industrial and manufacturing organizations, with a strong track record of driving operational performance, disciplined growth, and building high-performing teams. Most recently, he served as Corporate Officer and President of Climate Solutions at Modine Manufacturing Company, where he led significant revenue growth, margin expansion, and operational transformation across a global business.

Prior to Modine, Eric spent more than 17 years at Regal Rexnord Corporation, where he served as Corporate Officer and Group President of Industrial Systems. In that role, he led a large global business through performance improvement, portfolio simplification, and strategic growth initiatives. Earlier in his career at Regal, he held leadership roles in business development, strategy, and regional P&L leadership, including responsibility for operations in Latin America and Europe, the Middle East, and Africa.

Eric began his career with 11 years at General Electric, where he held a range of leadership roles in manufacturing, operations, and business management, including leading global businesses and joint ventures.

Eric holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from Michigan State University.
