Ed brings more than 30 years of leadership experience focused on improving profitability and driving growth across global and domestic organizations. In 2026, Ed transitioned to the role of Executive Advisor for DexKo Global, where he continues to provide strategic guidance and support to the organization.
Previously, Ed served as Chief Operating Officer of DexKo Global, leading efforts to drive cost improvements, strengthen operational performance, and position the company for continued growth and increased profitability.
Prior to joining DexKo, Ed served as Senior Vice President, North America, for Haldex Brake Products Inc. Before Haldex, he spent seven years as CEO of Motor Wheel CVS.
Ed is a 1984 graduate of Marshall University.
