DexKo Announces Retirement of Chief Operating Officer, Ed Meador
DexKo Global Inc. today announced that Ed Meador, Chief Operating Officer, and one of the company’s first leaders upon its creation, will retire from his role at the end of May.
Meador has played a pivotal role in building DexKo from its earliest days into a global leader. As one of the original founders, he helped shape the company’s operational foundation, culture, and long-term growth trajectory. His leadership has been instrumental in guiding DexKo through significant expansion and transformation over the years.
“Ed has been a trusted partner since day one,” said Fred Bentley, Chief Executive Officer. “His impact on this company is impossible to overstate. His leadership, passion, and commitment to excellence have left a lasting legacy across our organization.”
While Meador will retire from his day-to-day responsibilities, he will continue to support DexKo in an advisory capacity for a period of time following his retirement, helping ensure a smooth transition and providing ongoing strategic guidance.
As part of this transition, DexKo does not plan to fill the Chief Operating Officer role. The company will realign responsibilities to support continued execution and growth.
“DexKo is well-positioned for the future,” Bentley added. “We are grateful that Ed will continue to be a part of that journey in a new capacity.”
